Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically during checkout based on postal code and weight. Indication: from €25.00 excl. VAT (incl. 21% VAT: €30.25).

Shipping within Spain

  • Orders received before 15:30 on business days (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day and normally delivered the next business day (if in stock).
  • Delivery times are subject to change and dependent on the carrier.
  • Orders will not be shipped without full and correct payment.

Shipping costs: you will see the exact costs in your cart/checkout.

Repairs and testing: Electronics (ECUs, CDI units, dashboards) are normally returned within 3 business days (if payment is arranged). Payment possible via iDeal, PayPal or prepayment by transfer. On account may be available upon request and approval.

  • Items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging (except custom products).

  • Send the return via the post office and keep the shipping receipt.

Warranty

If a product fails within the specified warranty period, you can return it for a warranty claim.

Contact us

If a product is not in original condition, warranty rights are void (e.g., due to changes in wiring, connectors, housing, mounting points, etc.). A product must be installed and mounted correctly to ensure proper operation.
